- Terms and conditions of the "Overnight stay in a tree house hotel" competition

1. organiser

The organiser of the competition "Overnight stay at the Baumhaushotel" is (exclusively) Ostsee Baumhaus GmbH & Co KG, Alte Landstraße 16, 23758 Wangels (hereinafter referred to as "Baumhaushotel"). Instagram is not a co-organiser of the competition. Imprint of the Baumhaushotel, data protection information of the Baumhaushotel.

2 Eligibility to participate and winner determination

All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany and follow the Instagram page of the Ostsee Baumhaushotel are eligible to participate.

3. participation

Participants can take part by commenting on the competition post on the Baumhaushotel's Instagram page and answering the question or task posed. Each person may only participate once. The Baumhaushotel reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of manipulation or violations of the conditions of participation.
Participation is free of charge and is not linked to an overnight stay or order. Employees and their family members are excluded from participation.

4 Participation period and prizes

The competition runs until 31 October 2025, 23:59, on the Instagram page of the Ostsee Baumhaushotel.
Prize: A voucher for two nights in a treehouse lodge for two people. The voucher is valid for three years from the date of dispatch and can be redeemed at the Ostsee Baumhaushotel. Public holidays are excluded or the price delta can be compensated.

The winners will be drawn at random. A cash payment is not possible and legal recourse is excluded.
Winners will be informed by direct message on Instagram after the competition has ended. To redeem the voucher, the name and address must be sent to the Baumhaushotel. The voucher will be sent by e-mail within Germany.

5. data protection

The data collected (Instagram name and name and address of the winner) will only be used to organise the competition and will be deleted four weeks after the end of the competition.
The data will not be passed on to third parties. Instagram names and comments will remain visible unless they are deleted by the participant.

6. disclaimer

The Baumhaushotel is not liable for transmission errors or technical problems.

7. final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. This competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram.
