How much does a night in a tree house hotel cost?

Our prices are per house and night - for a conscious time-out with plenty of peace, privacy and high-quality facilities at treetop level.

• Tree house lodges: from € 240 per night
  (standard occupancy with 2 persons)

• Tree house lofts: from € 280 per night
  (standard occupancy with 2 persons)

• Tiny houses in the alder forest: from €220 per night
  (standard occupancy with 2 persons)
  

From three nights you automatically benefit from a stay discount. This is taken into account directly in the price in the booking calendar.

In selected weeks, there are special times during the week for rest and relaxation - with our 'Midweek time-out' rate.

We operate our tree house hotel with a small number of units.
Availability is deliberately limited - especially at weekends and in the high season.

With us, you don't book individual components, but a harmonious overall experience:

• Overnight stay in your private tree house or tiny house

• Use of the Baumhaus SPA with sauna & whirlpool (09-21 hrs)

Our tree houses are modern, high quality and deliberately sustainably furnished:

• Sustainable Kushel towels, Marcel's Green Soap & gold bucket paper

• Noble WMF kitchen equipment

• High-quality timber construction & furniture in a modern design

• Samsung Frame TV, Teufel radio & stable WLAN
  (also suitable for workation)

• Air conditioning (heating & cooling) for every season

• Fully equipped Siemens kitchenette
  (dishwasher & fridge in treehouse lodges & treehouse lofts)

Season & travelling time

Low season (January - March, November - December)
The quietest time in the tree house. Clear air, space and plenty of room for you.
Ideal for relaxing days for two, romantic evenings in the tree house and long sauna sessions in the Baumhaus SPA.

Mid-season (April - May, September - October)
When nature changes - from the first green of spring to golden autumn days.
Perfect for walks, bike rides along the Baltic Sea and cosy evenings under the treetops.

High season (June - August & public holidays)
Summer in the tree house: long days, mild nights and a lively coastal atmosphere.
Our tree houses are particularly popular during this time - it pays to book early.

Weekends & public holidays are generally in higher demand.

Specials & booking benefits

We deliberately do not work with high discounts, but with fair advantages:

• In selected weeks, special times for rest and relaxation are created during the week - with our 'Midweek time-out' rate.

• Spring advantage: 5% when booking - code when booking: Spring2026

• Early booking discount: up to 8% when booking

• Special time-outs: Romance at treetop level, time together at treetop level for friends or "Me Time - time for you" for solo travellers, each with selected extras such as a breakfast basket or wellness time incl. bathrobes & sauna towels.

• Longer stays: For stays of three nights or more, you automatically benefit from a stay discount - this is deducted directly from the calendar price.

• Fix & Genuss:The Fix & Genuss rate is offered temporarily. This includes breakfast for 2 people on the first morning and cannot be cancelled. This rate cannot be combined with vouchers.

Minimum stay

Our tree houses are deliberately designed for stays of two nights or more - so that
so that you can really arrive, switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet.

• Regularly 2 nights

• On public holidays & during holiday periods 2-4 nights

Travelling with a baby

A time-out with us is also possible with a baby.
Babies up to the age of 6 months travel free of charge.

Please let us know when you book so that we can prepare everything. We are happy to provide a baby cot with mattress - please bring your own bed linen.

Our tree houses are designed as a quiet retreat in nature. A stay with a baby is therefore particularly suitable in the first months of life.
