The Ostsee Baumhaushotel is situated in Wangels in Ostholstein – in a peaceful, natural setting yet easily accessible from Eutin, Oldenburg in Holstein, Fehmarn, Lübeck, Kiel, Neumünster and Hamburg.
This makes our venue particularly suitable for teams from Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg and northern Germany who want to get away from the office and into an inspiring environment for an off-site event, a retreat or a strategy meeting.

Our meeting room is ideal for workshops, strategy meetings and off-site events for up to 8 people. For groups of up to around 12 people, we offer additional options on the premises. Depending on the set-up and agenda, bespoke formats can also be arranged for up to 16 people by prior arrangement.

Overnight stay in a treehouse by the Baltic Sea
After the workshop, the second half of the off-site begins.
Instead of staying in hotel rooms, your participants will spend the night in treehouses at treetop height. Private terraces, peace and quiet, and the natural surroundings create exactly the kind of distance that is often crucial for fruitful discussions, strategic decisions and new ideas.

Many teams use the evening for conversations off the agenda.
