The local population was involved in the planning of the tree house hotel on several levels. At the very beginning, when the development plan was being drawn up. Comments and suggestions for improvement were taken into account. The co-operation with the guild on the use of the facility is being continued and local tradesmen are being commissioned for most of the construction work. The building of the traditional Zur Linde pub will also be retained and continue to be used.
