Our farm shop is part of the historic grounds of the Ostsee Baumhaushotel and is your first port of call during your stay for culinary delights, regional specialities and everything else you need for a relaxing break amongst the treetops.

Here you’ll find a selection of food, drinks and handy everyday items – carefully curated to fit in with our concept.

Discover local produce

Wherever possible, we work with producers from Ostholstein and Schleswig-Holstein.

These include, amongst others:

Honey from local beekeepers
Drinks from local producers
Meat specialities from Braasch butchers
Seasonal produce from local farms

Our range changes regularly depending on the season and availability.
